Our Team

We have a seasonal staff of 25 employees at The Gravel Doctor, including 6 full time staff members and 2 sales team members. Our employees are highly skilled and take pride in their work.

Owner: Donald Belanger

The company is owned and operated by Donald Belanger. He brings over 40 years of experience as a business owner and hands on operator. His motto is to provide fast and friendly professional services to his customers and make sure you “Don’t get stuck in a rut.”

General Manager : Richard Brennan

Rick joined The Gravel Doctor in 2001. He was born and raised in Eastern Ontario. Rick and his family have been residents of Brockville since 1982. His retail expertise helped set up the bulk Retail store. He also has several years of Sales and personal business ownership experience. He has become an asset to The Gravel Doctor team. This year he has been appointed General Manager.

Sales Team: Roland Bernier

Roland comes from a customer service based industry with over thirty years of experience. He grew up in the Quebec area and now settled with his family in Eastern Ontario. He is fluent in both English and French. He brings several years of sales and customer service experience to the Gravel Doctor Team.
